STRUCTURE

Sustained viability of consultancy services providers in emerging markets is directly linked to the often-contradictory requirements of having a large and competent staff base with wide ranging experiences and keeping overheads and expenses to a minimum. Our organization structure and operations were designed in order to comply with these contradictory requirements by keeping a minimum number of permanent staff while at the same time drawing on a large pool of non-permanent competent local and international consultants contracted on a project assignment basis.

 

We call this a controlled outsourcing model. It has proved to be successful and cost efficient in maintaining healthy, sustainable expansion and consistent business growth levels.
