Founder and CEO, Vatche G. Dakessian, is one of the first Computer Systems Engineers registered in Jordan. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronic, Computer And Systems Engineering from Loughborough University Of Technology (United Kingdom-1979) and an M.Sc. in Control Systems Engineering from the University Of Manchester Institute Of Science And Technology UMIST (United Kingdom-1980). Serving our clients since 1981, we are widely considered as pioneers of the local ICT consulting services sector. We are one of the few professional ICT consulting firms based in Jordan providing state of the art ICT related independent and unbiased advisory and consulting services to our large and varied base of business and government sectors. Our client list continues to expand and diversify capitalizing on our ICT consulting experience spanning over a quarter of a century. In a business consolidation move, Dakessian Consulting merged with its sister company Amon Technologies  LLC in late 2007. A second fully owned subsidiary company Technology Control & Consulting Services Inc. is based in Los Angeles CA.

A unique system in terms of its high level of integration and nationwide implementation.

Jordan Insurance Federation

ICT Advisor to the Board Of Directors of the Jordan Insurance Federation for the National Electronic Motor Insurance System (NEMIS). A multi-stakeholder project designed to fully automate and enhance the issue, tracking as well as accidents and claims management of compulsory third party motor insurance policies on a nationwide basis.

The REACH Initiative - 3.0

Lead Consultant for the Regulatory Framework Strengthening component of The REACH Initiative's third review sponsored by USAID's AMIR Program. The review involved the preparation of a detailed report on the status of ICT legislation as well as recommendations on their improvement. Findings were presented at the ICT Forum 2002.
